This episode is the full run stage, and a followup to the rules-based (Ep. 5) personalization video. (Rules-based personalization is necessary foundation for THIS video and will be utilized in the creation of behavioral personalization.) Watch this (Episode 6) video to learn about setting up and applying the complexities of:
- Profile Keys
- Profile Cards
- Pattern Cards
You will get to know the functions and how they should be set as best practices, the details of each, and how they interact.
Ultimately, you should take away the skills to add Profile Cards to key pages that will act as the driving indicators of customer behavior on your site. Plus, you will then know how to add the related Pattern Cards to components that are listening for behavior indicators driven by the Profile Cards.
