During last night’s Magento Imagine Excellence Awards, Perficient Digital – along with our clients Regis Corporation and Watsco, Inc. – received two awards for our performance in the B2B space.
Along with Regis Corporation, we won the award for Best B2B Buyer Experience, for Regis’ recent replatform to Magento. The new site solved pain points from the previous platform and created efficiencies while increasing revenue. The replatform strategy included a defined roadmap of capabilities that would support forward-looking customer experiences, easier content management, and future digital commerce integrations.
Of the transformation, Jeff Johnson, Regis Corporation’s digital business manager, said, “The first key to achieving the end goal is to understand who the users are, their behaviors, and their needs and goals. The second key is to have an all-in, 100% dedicated team that includes internal resources and integrating partners.”
Along with Watsco, we won the award for B2B growth, for Watsco’s unprecedented growth throughout its four business units and eCommerce sales channels. Using the same strategy used to grow its traditional sales channel, but replicated digitally, Watsco experienced growth through online sales in 2017 exceeding $900 million – that’s 50 percent year-over-year growth.
