Perficient Digital added two more awards to the shelf with the recent announcement of the 2018 WebAwards winners. The websites we created for CURT Manufacturing and OhioHealth were both recognized, earning Outstanding Manufacturing Website and Non-Profit Standard of Excellence awards, respectively.
Our Commerce practice brought in the first award with the new CURT Manufacturing website, which was designed to help customers find the right towing parts and equipment for their vehicles and locate the nearest CURT dealer. The site also includes an updated portal that allows dealers to easily order products from any of CURT’s three brands within one seamless experience. The panel of judges who evaluated the site for the WebAwards praised its ease of navigation, as well as its interactivity and copywriting.
OhioHealth, a not-for-profit system of hospitals and healthcare providers, wanted an improved online experience for its patients. The website we created features a user-centered, completely responsive architecture that makes it easy for online visitors to access their medical records and billing information, locate physicians in their area, and find the health-related information they need. WebAwards judges praised the new OhioHealth.com as a “Beautiful site – clean, modern, and easy to get around.”
This marks the second award win each for the OhioHealth and CURT sites. The OhioHealth site was also recognized by the Creativity International Awards, bringing home a Silver award, while the CURT site recently earned Gold at the DotComm Awards.
The WebAwards, now in their 17th year, are facilitated by the Web Marketing Association (WMA), an all-volunteer organization of internet marketing professionals. Judging panels are comprised of experts from across the web marketing industry who volunteer their time to evaluate each nominated website on the criteria of design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting, and ease of use.
