Sitecore Symposium 2018 is off to an exciting start!
Mark Frost, Sitecore CEO, kicked off the opening keynote by announcing their definitive acquisition of Stylelabs, an innovative content marketing vendor. Stylelab brings their digital asset management (DAM), marketing resource management (MRM), and product information management (PIM) applications to Sitecore’s already robust digital experience marketing platform.
This union will enable marketers to govern their full content lifecycle and measure the impact on customer experiences. Mark explained that “companies thrive by exceeding their customers’ expectations. Together, Sitecore and Stylelabs will be the only company that can deliver functionality spanning the entire content lifecycle, from planning to publishing to delivering rich, relevant experiences tailored to customer needs. ”
The packed session continued as Page O’Neill, Sitecore CMO, explored various ways companies are bringing customer stories to life. Our product is the customer experience. Therefore it shouldn’t come as a shock that consumers continually demand richer, tailored experiences.
